"I have always been a very sexual person, though I was kind of quiet about it, so I decided that I thought I could do a web site and just show off what I did on a daily basis"

Does living in the US help boost your esteem and help you to overcome your shyness?
Satomi: Yes it does. In Japan it was very typical for a girl to be quiet and shy. I went to a very strict all girls school that focused a lot on manners and Japanese traditions. I think that it had a lot to do with my shyness since the tradition taught that being a women is to be quiet unless spoken to. I wasn't really as bad as it sounds, but when I came to America I noticed how much more freedom there was to express oneself. It really has helped me to become more confident in myself in that I am able to take the new freedoms and mix them with the good parts of my Japanese background and learn to apply with more confidence what my beliefs are.

You mention one place you feel you are not that attractive. I strongly tend to disagree as I am sure readers will. Why do you feel this way?
Satomi: I feel that there are so many beautiful women out there. They desearve to be models and be very famous for that. I feel that I am more of an average looking person. I beleive that beauty depends upon who is looking so I suppose I am beautiful to some, but for me I am just satisfied and happy to be who I am.

I saw cuts from your first ever shoot, tell us how that happened. What really inspired you to do this adventure?
Satomi: Well I was really scared. It was just me and my friend. We talked about it for a while and just thought that we would give it a try. I figured that if I ever didn't want to do it we could just get rid of all the pictures. Half way into the shoot I noticed that she was pretty much more scared and nervous than I was. So I became a little more relaxed and ended up really enjoying it. After that I found it more of an enjoyment and adventure so that has been an inpiration ever since.

Were you a bit nervous about baring all? You have said you were shy of sorts.
Satomi: Yes, I was and to a point I still am. However, now it seems that it is more fun and exciting. Sometimes I find myself so emersed in fantasy and thought that it seems like I am just in my bed alone doing what I sometimes usually do.

I see you say you are not oriented to lesbianism. You have done some pretty hot sets with other Ladies. Was this uncomfortable for you or a new experience?
Satomi: I would tend to say that I am more of a bi-curious kind of girl. For me being with a girl is fun and exciting, just as it is with masturbation and coming up with new ways of doing it. When I first did it, it was like having sex for the first time all over again. I was SOOOO scared that I forgot what I was suppose to do even though I had seen it in magazines before.

Okay, on the photo shoots. Are you comfortable in front of the camera?
Satomi: Well I am a lot more comfortable than I used to be. Fantasizing and getting into the shoot really helps.

I know other Ladies limit exposure to their photosets, how do you feel about it? Does it make you uncomfortable with a number of people at the shoot, or do you restrict the sessions?
Satomi: Typically it is just me and my photographer in the room when I shoot. However, I have done shoots with several people in the room as well as

shoots out in the open with people just staring at me on the streets. I tend to get a kind of rush from those shoots with a lot of people. I mean it is really scary deep inside of me, but I suppose that is why it is exciting.

Who do you use to shoot your sets? Do you have a favorite photographer?
Satomi: My friend takes most of my pictures. I hardly ever shoot for anyone else. She took some classes in school and wanted to get experience doing it for me so we were perfect for each other to do it. She has gotten a lot better over time and for me that is just good enough to stick with her for as long as I can.

Do you ever let your members or fans get involved shooting or watching a shoot?
Satomi: Yes, I have only done it once, but it was a good experience to have someone there admiring my work. I had invited members to come to a public shoot at a beach. Only a few people showed up, but they were so kind to me and even helped in the shoot by holding my clothes and keeping me shaded from the sun hehe:-)
